The Executive Committee consists of the Executive Officers
(President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Communications
Officer). They meet monthly to determine the agenda for the
Stakeholder Meetings. Their meetings are public meetings,
and persons wishing to participate in formation of the agendize
are invited to attend. Meeting details are announced on our

The
Finance Committee is chaired
by the Treasurer, and all interested stakeholders are invited
to participate. Monthly meetings are scheduled for the third
Thursday of the month.
The
Election Committee is currently chaired by Ray Burch (contact
him at erray007@aol.com).
All board members who are not running for office are members
of the election committee, according to our Election
Procedures approved for 2006.
The
Planning Committee
is currently chaired by Sue Castillo. Monthly meetings are
scheduled for the fourth Wednesday of the month.
The
Committee for Port Safety and Security is chaired by Lonna
Calhoun. Monthly meetings are scheduled for the fourth Tuesday

The
neighborhood council has the ability to form a committee to
address any community-based issue. Our only limitation is
interested community members willing to participate or lead
a committee of their choice!
